All coaches need varied input to develop themselves and their coaching abilities. People new to coaching can sometimes be bewildered by the amount of resources out there fore them. Sometimes they simply want simply accessible information that relates to the circumstances they find themselves. The more the new coach learns the more confident and competent they will become!
